On February 28, 2010 our church will celebrate our Pastor, Gary W. Young's sixth year of kingdom service.  Two dynamic men of God will bring the Word.  Dr. Jeremiah Tillman, Pastor of First Baptist Church of Petersburg, Virginia is the morning speaker and Dr. Ephraim Williams, Pastor of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church is the afternoon (4 pm) speaker. We have been blessed to welcome both men for a number of years now.

Dr. Tillman, a native of Jackson, Mississippi, accepted the call to preach the Gospel in 1980 at the Shiloh Baptist Church in Wichita Falls, Texas. He has served as a military chaplain, adjunct professor of religious studies, associate minister, and interim pastor. He was called to the First Baptist Church on July 26, 1999.

Dr. Ephraim Williams is a native of Summit, Mississippi. He was called to the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in 1971 and had led its growth from approximately 100 members to now over 5,000. St. Paul is one of the largest congregations in Sacramento. Dr. Williams is very involved in the Sacramento community and he is highly sought after as a teacher, lecturer, counselor and advisor.
